When does the delivery clock start?

The clock starts when payment, final assets, and screen specifications have been received.

What do I need for the free preview?

Logo. Rough message. Show date. That's enough to begin. A website, screen format, and desired action help us move faster when you have them.

What's an animatic?

An animatic is a full-length rough version of your video. It shows the real message, structure, pacing, and visual direction before final production begins.

Does every video include the SmartQR?

Yes. It is built into every standard Zivu video as a center-screen action or persistent lower third. The SmartQR, lead capture, live results, and dashboard stay active for 12 months. Order another Zivu video and the service renews free. Your exported lead data is yours to keep, even after the QR retires.

Can I change where the QR points?

Yes. Change the destination from your dashboard without changing the video or QR artwork.

What counts as a revision?

The included revision covers reasonable changes to copy, imagery, colors, pacing, logo treatment, and the call to action. A completely new direction is outside the included revision.

What files do I receive, and will they work on my display?

You receive a high-resolution video master built for your chosen landscape or portrait display. We confirm screen specifications before production and deliver a show-ready file your playback system can use.
